If you watched the blog during September, you might remember Sarah and Nathan who joined me for a fall engagement shoot at the legislature. Two months have passed and, on Saturday, the couple became husband and wife. Both the bride and groom have a great semblance of loving family and friends that came together to make the day memorable. Here are some of the photos.

The ladies started the day at Pure Vida hair salon in downtown Edmonton.

A short while later the bride was off to the Union Bank Inn to join her family for some further preparations.

The groom and his mates await the entrance of the bride.

Sarah is escorted down the isle by dad.

And the marriage begins.

It’s not often that one can do outdoor formals during an Edmonton November but the bridal party toughed out a chilly wind for a few shots at the Royal Museum.

The beautiful bride poses for a portrait.

Rutherford house was our next stop. The day’s lovely ladies smile for the camera.

The reception was back at the Union Bank Inn.

The speeches brought some hearty (and embarassing) laughs.

A little cake cutting kiss.

And a few late shots outside on Jasper Avenue.

Thanks for making me a part of your wedding day, Sarah and Nathan. I wish you all the best and have a great time in Jamaica! Congratulations and cheers!

Meet Jennifer and Ben. On Saturday, I had the pleasure of shooting their wedding at the Good Sheppard Anglican Church in North Edmonton. The smiles were large as the ceremony went off without a hitch. Below are some photos from the day.

The ladies make a few last minute dress adjustments at the church.

The bride and groom’s kids strut their stuff down the isle.

And then Jennifer - escorted by dad.

A kiss begins the marriage.

While the temperature outside was reasonable for November in Edmonton, the wind was howling and rather crispy. Fortunately, the couple had Rutherford House booked for the formal shoot.

Thanks for a fun wedding shoot, Jennifer and Ben. You two were alot of fun to work with and I wish you a long and happy marriage. Congratulations and cheers!

Earlier this summer, I had the pleasure of doing an engagement shoot with April and Corey in their home town of Devon. The couple’s wedding day arrived on Saturday and I was fortunate enough to record it. April and Corey were all smiles through the day as they exchanged their vows and celebrated with their family and friends. Here are some of the photos.

The ladies prepared for the day at the bride’s sister’s home in Sherwood Park.

A short time later we were off to the ceremony at the Chateau Louie. Below, April makes her entrance escorted by dad.

Next stop was the Neil Crawford Center for some indoor formals. The wedding party smiles for the camera below.

Laugh’s weren’t in any short supply.

There were dads dancing with daughters.

And mom’s dancing with sons.

And it was party time.

Thanks for making me a part of the big day, April and Corey. Your wedding was fantastic and you two are destined for a wonderful marriage. Congratulations and cheers!
