Spring arrived early in Edmonton this year and it was none to soon for Virginia and Chad who tied the knot this Saturday. Virginia hails from Venezuela where I would undoubtedly melt into a pile of goo if not firmly wrapped around an air conditioner. While nobody had to worry too much about a sunburn, the couple’s fantastic wedding was blessed with double digit temperatures to go with the big smiles and bigger party. Here are some of the photos.

Family and friends were all present to help Virginia get ready for the big day at the Hotel MacDonald.

A short time later, Virginia was escorted down the isle by mom.

Chad was more than happy to see her.

Might be just me, but it looked like these two practiced the ‘first’ kiss once or twice before.

The register eventually was signed.

We were off to the Royal Museum for some formals. Below, the wedding party shows some sexy.

Soon after an hour of madness began. The couple and their guests dawned masks and costume pieces for some crazyness on the dance floor.
